• Ensure products meet quality and efficiency standards set by the company.
• Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level.
• Direct or coordinate quality assurance programs and formulate quality control policies.
• Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers.
• Investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety.
• Work to improve an organization’s efficiency and profitability by reducing waste.
